HUGS Announces Newest Board Member, Ryan Chavoustie from Island Energy Services

HONOLULU – HUGS (Help Understanding & Group Support), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Hawaii’s families with seriously ill children, announced the addition of its newest board member and the 2022 officers for its Board of Directors.
HUGS is proud to announce that Ryan Chavoustie, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Island Energy Services, LLC. (IES), the official licensee of Texaco in Hawaii, has joined HUGS’ Board of Directors. In his role at IES, Ryan manages business relationships with major airlines, government agencies, local utilities and bulk gasoline and diesel consumers. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys teaching yoga, working out at the gym and playing golf. “I am so honored to be elected to the HUGS board and join such an amazing group of strong community leaders,” said Chavoustie. “From previous local board and volunteer experience, I’m eager to bring ideas to the slate and help the Mission in any way needed. Island Energy has been a passionate supporter of HUGS and its events for many years. I’m grateful for this opportunity to extend our Aloha to Hawaii’s families in need of care and support.”
