Chef Jason Kiyota presents an exclusive gourmet dinner with wine pairings on Sunday, Dec. 10, 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at FC Café. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefits HUGS.
Guests will enjoy a family-style, multi-course menu featuring Kona Coast Abalone Escargot Style with French Baguette; Balsamic Poached Mission Figs, Toasted Walnut Relish, Creamy Gorgonzola, Prosciutto, and Arugula; Fresh Island Catch of the Day, Melted Leeks, Organic Shimeji Mushrooms, Baby Tomatoes, Fingerlings with Brandy Cream; Burgundy Braised Short Ribs, Slow Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Truffle Demi Glaze; and a Chef’s Choice Dessert. Each course will be expertly paired with new and old world wine selections from California, Oregon, France, and Italy. However, diners may also bring their own wines.
