Chef Jason Kiyota presents a wonderful dinner accompanied by a wine tasting on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m., at his restaurant, FC Café. Proceeds will benefit HUGS.
An example of the menu includes a fresh island catch of the day and burgundy braised short ribs, accompanied by an eclectic selection of red and white wines to sample.

Chef Jason Kiyota is known for his modern ethnic cuisine, using fresh, high-quality, local ingredients combined with traditional spices. A food review called his dishes “special in creativity, taste and presentation.” A graduate of Kapiolani Community College’s culinary arts program, he is also trained in wine pairings.
